Pikachu vs Thor I watched Pikachu vs Thor on DBX. It was a bloodbath when Thor faced Pikachu. This proves that Pokemon are weak against powerful foes such as Digimon, Megami Tensei, Bakugan, Marvel or DC. Sure, Pikachu faces stronger foes such as Lucario, Onix, or Arceus, it still pales to Thor or any other powerful characters.   Pikachu is very lucky that he is not facing Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny or it would be fate worse than death. Mickey Mouse or Bugs Bunny are so powerful that not even Omnimon or the Demi-Fiend would surrive his tricks.

My reason why Pokemon is not an amazing franchise. No version of Pokemon ranging from games to anime to manga deserve the amount of praise it gets. Everyone thinks Pokemon is the strongest being, but in reality there stronger universes than Pokemon. In fact, there are better creatures from various franchises such as Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragon Quest, Yo-Kai Watch, Lilo and Stitch, Monster Rancher, and Bakugan which are more intriguing than Pokemon.
